Further Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the photographs.

Additionally featured in this recent document drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is marked up in notations in red and features a legend identifying different sections of the property.

Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring layouts for boat shelters.

Further documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
